Shipping Rates
Delivery Times
We dispatch orders Monday through Friday (excluding bank holidays).
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery Time: 2-4 business days after dispatch
- Total Delivery: Typically 3-6 business days from order placement
Order Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched. Track your delivery in real-time with our courier partner.
Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to:
- England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland
- All UK postcodes including Highlands and Islands (no surcharges)
- PO boxes and BFPO addresses
International shipping is not currently available but coming soon.

Delivery Issues
My order hasn't arrived
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking information for updates
- Check with neighbors or your building's reception
- Contact us if it's been more than 6 business days
We'll investigate with the courier and either locate your order or send a replacement at no charge.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
- Contact us within 48 hours with the photos
- We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost
Change Delivery Address
Need to change your delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update the address. Once dispatched, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
Subscription Deliveries
Subscription customers have complete flexibility:
